The Information We Collect
When you visit our website at weseebeauty.com (our "Site" or the "We See Beauty Website") you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis, and Site use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our Site.
Personal Information You Choose to Provide
The Site's registration may require users to provide us contact information (such as name and email address), unique identifiers (such as street address and phone numbers), and financial information (such as credit card numbers). The user's contact information is utilized to contact the user when necessary. Financial information that is collected may be used to check the user's qualifications for registration and to bill the user for products and services. Unique identifiers (street address and phone numbers) are collected to verify the user's identity.
Credit Card Information
If you choose to purchase products or services from us, you may need to give personal information and authorization to obtain information from various credit services. For example, you may need to provide the following information:
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Credit card number
- Phone number
If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same level of protection for these electronic communications that we provide for the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.
Site Use Information
Our Site utilizes "cookies" and web server logs to collect information about how our Site is used. Information gathered through cookies and web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Site, and the other web sites visited just before and just after our Site. This information assists us in designing and arranging our Site pages in the most user-friendly manner and to continually improve our Site to better meet the needs of our customers and prospective customers. This is collected on an aggregate basis and none of this information is associated with you as an individual.
We also may collect certain non-personally identifiable information (i.e. generic information that does not identify you personally) when you visit any of the web pages on our Site, such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, and the domain name of your Internet service provider.
Your internet protocol (IP) address is an identifying number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your internet service provider (ISP). This number is identified and logged in our and /or our service providers' server log files whenever you visit the We See Beauty Website, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited. We use your IP address, and the IP addresses of all users, to calculate usage levels on the Site, to help diagnose problems with the We See Beauty Website servers, and to generally administer the We See Beauty Website. Your IP address is or may be used to help identify you, to track activity within our Site and to gather broad demographic information. Our Site server may collect IP address information. We also may use IP addresses to communicate with users and, if necessary, to block access by users who fail to comply with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
How Do We Use The Information That You Provide To Us?
We use personal information for purposes of administering our business activities, providing customer service and making available other products and services to our customers and prospective customers. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our Site, new services and special offers we think you will find valuable. The lists used to send you product and service offers are developed and managed under standards designed to safeguard the security and privacy of our customers' personal information.
You do not have to provide personal information in order to access or use the Site. However, in order to take full advantage of all the Site has to offer (for example, to register for an account, to make purchases, or to make a payment to your account), you will have to furnish We See Beauty with personal information through the Site. We will only collect such information through the Site when you provide it to us voluntarily.
We will use the personal information you provide online for the purpose(s) you have submitted. This may include:
- Responding To Your Inquiries and Fulfilling Your Requests
We may use your personal information to respond to your inquiries to We See Beauty and to fulfill your requests.
- Communicating With You About Products And Services

We may use your personal information to personalize your experience on the We See Beauty Website, for example, by presenting products and offers that we believe may be of particular interest to you.

From time to time, we may use your personal information to send you emails (a) to confirm your registration with the We See Beauty Website, (b) to confirm a transaction through the Site, (c) to inform you that we have received and/or to confirm your personal information, (d) to provide you with information regarding the We See Beauty Website, or (e) to inform you of changes to this Policy, our Terms and Conditions of Use, or our other terms, conditions, or policies ("Administrative Emails"). Because this information may be critical to your continued use of the We See Beauty Website, you may not opt out of receiving Administrative Emails.
- Sharing Information with Affiliates
When you share personal information with us, from time to time this information may be shared with our affiliates that market our products, in accordance with this Policy. Such affiliates may reside within a state that does not provide the same level of protection as the one in which you reside.
- Third Party Marketing
We will not provide your personal information to third parties for use in marketing their products or services to you without your consent, except as expressly set forth in this Policy.
Sharing Information With Strategic Partners
We may enter into strategic marketing alliances or partnerships with third parties who may be given access to your personal information, including your name, address, telephone number and email address, for the purpose of providing you information regarding products and services that we think will be of interest to you. In connection with strategic marketing alliances or partnerships, we will retain all ownership rights to the information, and we will not share information regarding your personal financial data.
How We Share Your Personal Information
We will not share the personal information you provide with third parties except (a) if it is for the purpose(s) you provided it; (b) with your consent; (c) as may be required by law or as we think necessary to protect our company or others from injury (e.g. in response to a court order or subpoena, in response to a law enforcement agency request or when we believe that someone is causing—or about to cause— injury to or interference with the rights or property of another); (d) with other persons or companies with whom we contract to carry out internal Site operations or our business activities (for example, sending out a product or a promotional item that you have requested on the Site); and/or (e) with strategic partners or otherwise as set forth in this Policy. We do not consider any companies that are within our "family" of companies to be "third parties" for purposes of this Policy. Thus, we may also share personal information provided online with companies which have relationships with We See Beauty. Any of these companies may use and further share this information in the same ways we do. However, if we pass on personal information to a family company, we require that it protect such information in a manner that is consistent with this Policy.
Additionally, with your consent, we may share certain personal information you provide online with companies not affiliated with us (i.e. third party companies). If you want us to stop sharing your personal information with these companies, please sign into your account and change your personal contact preferences. If you consent to receiving communications from non-affiliated companies, you may need to communicate with them directly if you later decide that you no longer wish to receive their communications or if you wish to change any data you provided online. In this instance, any changes or amendments to your personal information must be given directly to each company who communicates with you as these changes, amendments and/or deletions will not be exchanged between us and non-affiliated companies.
If we do share personal information to a non-affiliated company, to the extent practical, we request that they protect such information in a manner that is consistent with this Policy. Such third party companies are not under our control, however, so we cannot guarantee how these non-affiliated companies will use your personal information.
Use And Disclosure Of Anonymous Information
We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our Site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze how our Site is used, as well as to offer you products, programs or services. Sometimes we share aggregate information with others, including affiliated companies and non-affiliated companies.
What About Websites Linked To Our Site And The Collection Of Information By Others?
We are not responsible for the practices employed by web sites linked to or from our Site nor the information or content contained therein. Often links to other web sites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of our Site. Please remember that your browsing and interaction on any other web site, including web sites which have a link from our Site, is subject to that web site's own rules and policies. Please read those rules and policies before proceeding. We may offer information or services that are sponsored by or co-sponsored with non-affiliated companies. Based on our agreements with them, these third parties may obtain personally identifiable information that web site visitors voluntarily submit. We have no control over the use of this information by these companies.
Notice of New Services and Changes
We may from time to time also use the personally identifiable information we collect to notify you about important changes to our Site and about new services and special offers we think you will find valuable. As our customer, you will be given the opportunity to notify us of your desire not to receive these offers by clicking on a response box when you receive such an offer.

Our Commitment To Security
How Do We Secure Information Transmissions?
When you send confidential personal credit card information to us on our Site, secure server software which we have licensed encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. The information is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches our Site.
For that reason, unless we advise you that security measures will be in place prior to you transmitting the information, we ask that you do not send confidential information such as social security or account numbers to us. Such email may not be secure.
We utilize encryption/security software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure, accidental loss, alteration or destruction. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your user name, passwords and/or any account information. You are not permitted to disclose your user name and password to any other person. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with the Site is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your user name or password has been compromised), you must immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us.
Cookies And Pixel Tags
We See Beauty and our service providers may also use "pixel tags," "web beacons," "clear GIFs" or similar means (collectively, "Pixel Tags") in connection with some We See Beauty Website pages and HTML-formatted email messages to, among other things, compile aggregate statistics about website usage and response rates. A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel (1x1), that is ordinarily not visible to website visitors and may be associated with cookies on visitors’ hard drives. Pixel Tags allow us and our Service Providers to count users who have visited certain pages of the We See Beauty Website, to deliver customized services, and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. When used in HTML-formatted email messages, Pixel Tags can tell the sender whether and when the email has been opened.
As you use the Internet, a trail of electronic information is left at each web site you visit. This information, which is sometimes referred to as "clickstream data," can be collected and stored by a web site's server. Clickstream data can tell us the type of computer and browsing software you use and the address of the web site from which you linked to our Site. We may use clickstream data as a form of non-personally identifiable information to anonymously determine how much time visitors spend on each page of our Site, how visitors navigate throughout the Site and how we may tailor our web pages to better meet the needs of visitors. This information will only be used to improve our Site. Any collection or use of clickstream data will be anonymous and aggregate.
From time to time we may supplement information you give us with information from other sources, such as information validating your address. Thus, information we obtain through our Site may be intermingled with and used in conjunction with information obtained through sources other than the Site, including both offline and online sources.
Discussion And Community Tools
We may, from time to time, make chat rooms, forums, message boards, news groups and other community tools available to you. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information for other users to view and for us to use. For example, from time to time, we may use the content you write (including your name or screen name if you post it) for promotional purposes, in email newsletters or elsewhere, and by using the Site and/or these chat rooms, forums, message boards, news groups, and other community tools, you agree that we may do so. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information in these areas, since anyone - not just us – may access and/or make use of publicly posted information.
If you are visiting the Site from outside of the United States, your connection will be through and to servers located in the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders to be shipped outside of United States of America at this time. All information you provide will be processed and securely maintained in our web servers and internal systems located within the United States. By using the Site, you authorize the export of personal information to the USA and its storage and use as specified above when you provide such information to us. This Policy and our legal obligations are subject to the laws of the State of New York and the United States of America, regardless of the location of any user. Any claims or complaints must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the city and state of New York, United States of America.
Accessing And Updating Your Information
You may review or edit your information by signing into your account. You may also request access to all of your personal information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to help verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
We will not knowingly accept personal information from anyone under 13 years old in violation of applicable laws, without consent of a parent or guardian. If you are under 13 years of age, do not send any information about yourself to us. If we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information without consent of a parent or guardian, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that child’s personal information from our system. If you believe that your child under 13 has gained access to the Site without your permission, wish to find out if your child is a member or has registered for one of our services, or wish to cancel your child's membership, you may contact us at email@example.com.
Transfer Of Business Assets
The personal information you provide is considered a company asset and may be included among transferred assets if We See Beauty or all of its parents or affiliates or any of their assets is ever acquired by a third party. We reserve the right to disclose, share and/or otherwise transfer user information, including, without limitation, personal information, in connection with a corporate merger, acquisition, consolidation, the sale of substantially all of our assets, or other fundamental corporate change, whatever form it may take.
Because our business needs may change over time, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this Policy at any time. If at any time in the future we plan to use your personal information in a way that differs from this Policy, we will revise this Policy as appropriate. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to this Policy means you accept such changes.
Opt-Out And Managing Preferences
You may choose that your personal information not be shared with third parties for reasons other than responding to your inquiries and fulfilling your requests. We will seek to obtain your consent at the place where the information is collected either by an "opt-in" or "opt-out" method, or by other means (such as sending to you an email). You can also opt-out of receiving communications from us (other than Administrative Emails) at the point where we request information from you. If you do not want your personal information to be shared with third parties (other than in responding or fulfilling your requests) or to receive email from us in the future (other than Administrative Emails), you may sign into your account and change your preferences. Please be aware that we will process your request as quickly as we reasonably can, but it may not be possible to update our systems immediately. In addition, you should be aware that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons.
