Prevent wandering or feathering lip color with this weightless primer. The smoothing, moisturizing formula nurtures with chamomile extract, aloe vera and vitamins A, C and E. Candelilla wax locks in color, and along with Nylon 12 and Silica, helps fill in fine lines to make lips look fuller, longer. For all skin types.

Usage: Apply a thin layer to lips directly, or with Expert Lip Brush #9. Follow with lip liner and your lip color of choice.

Not tested on animals, cruelty-free, vegan, paraben-free, hypoallergenic.
