Dazzle onlookers with our finely-milled pigment powder. This highly-concentrated product can be used anywhere you want—on eyes, cheeks and lips. Sweep it on for a beautifully sheer wash of color, or layer for a more intense effect.

Usage: Dip brush in powder and tap lightly to shake off excess. Can be applied wet or dry.
