Do I need a We See Beauty account to place an order?
No. You do not need to open an account to place an order on We See Beauty. When you are ready to place your order, simply opt to check out as a guest. All customers enjoy Free Standard Shipping on purchases that are $25 or more on any order shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
How do I use a promotion code?
Enter the promotion code in the cart when you check out.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
Please contact us with any questions regarding products that are currently out of stock. We will do our best to make our products available.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel any order with a "Pending" status. You can check the status of an order by using the Order Finder. If you have a registered account, you can also check your order status by logging into My Account.

How can I track my order?
All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email from We See Beauty at the time their order ships. This email will contain order details and a tracking number.
Free Samples
How can I get free MAKE samples?
All customers can choose up to 3 free samples with any purchase for a limited time.
Can I return MAKE samples if I’m not happy with them?
There is no need to return your samples to us, but we would love to hear your thoughts! Please contact us with your comments and feedback.

What forms of payment can I use?
We See Beauty accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Will sales tax be added to my order?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York State addresses.

We See Beauty offers a number of shipping options to the United States, including PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times indicated are for time in transit once an order has left the We See Beauty distribution center.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9 am – 5 pm EST, excluding US federal holidays. Most orders using Express or Overnight service will be shipped the same business day if received by 2 pm EST.
At this time, we cannot ship to US Territories, Military APO/FPO/DPO or international addresses. If you are living outside of the US and interested in purchasing, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept all merchandise within 60 days for a refund or exchange. We will refund or credit the cost of the merchandise returned plus taxes.
For cosmetic products specifically, if a product does not meet your expectations or does not suit your expected shade, you may return the cosmetic products for a refund or exchange.
For all other merchandise on We See Beauty, including MAKE cosmetics tools, all items must be returned unused, unaltered and in original condition for refund or exchange.
Please note, for all returns and exchanges, original shipping fees are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Where do I return merchandise for refund or exchange?

Which method of shipping should I use to return my merchandise?
You may use the shipping method of your choice to return your merchandise. Please note, however, that no shipping costs will be refunded.

You will then receive an email from We See Beauty with a link to reset your password. When you click on the link to enter the site, you can set your new password. Once you have reset your password, you will be automatically signed in.

CAN I ADD/UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS LIST?

What can I do if I am having trouble with my credit card at checkout?

MAKE Cosmetics
Are MAKE products tested on animals?
MAKE does not test on animals, and offers cruelty-free and vegan products. For specific product details, please see the description page for each MAKE item.
Can I purchase MAKE cosmetics at a retail store?
At this time, MAKE cosmetic products are available exclusively online at We See Beauty. We expect to be in stores in the future. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to receive all our latest news and offers!

HOW DO MY PURCHASES BENEFIT THE COOPERATIVE MOVEMENT?
33.3% percent of all sales on We See Beauty is donated to the We See Beauty Foundation that establishes and supports cooperatives.
WHAT IS THE WE SEE BEAUTY FOUNDATION?
We See Beauty Foundation is a non-profit organization that incubates and accelerates women-led, worker-owned cooperatives. A one million dollar endowment has been made to the Foundation to promote social and economic change through cooperative development by establishing more businesses that are owned by their workers. Its first initiative is establishing a cooperative in Brooklyn, USA called Do Good Be Beautiful that will create and sell its own line of healthy cleaning and personal care products.
WHAT IS A COOPERATIVE?
A cooperative is a business owned and governed by the people. Worker-owned cooperatives are businesses where every person is a partner. Every person shares the profits, and every person votes on how the company should be run.
We See Beauty and We See Beauty Foundation believe that worker-owned cooperatives can uplift local economies and revitalize communities. It believes that through shared ownership we can establish a more equitable and beautiful society for all.
